Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the employee lifecycle from recruitment to development.
• Manage contracts, attendance, leave, and warnings.
• Liaise with government agencies: Madad, Social Insurance, etc.
• Organize action plan files to reduce employee turnover.
• Be prepared to travel between branches when needed.
• Following up with government departments.
• Establishing a clear authority structure and documenting decisions.
• Preparing detailed job descriptions that include responsibilities, salaries, and qualifications.
• Standardizing job titles and adjusting the salary
Qualifications
• Saudi national.
• 3-5 years of practical experience in human resources and government agencies.
• Experience in managing Saudization files and utilizing salary support programs.
• Experience in implementing internal governance principles, separating responsibilities, and streamlining approval processes.
• Experience in preparing organizations for expansion and opening new branches from an administrative and organizational perspective.
• Ability to work independently and build systems from scratch, not just perform tasks.
